Matt Centrowitz fourth at 1.500m in London: "I want this season a few seconds of my personal record collection"

Matt Centrowitz was during the Olympics fourth in the 1,500 m. The American was only a few hundredths short of the podium. The only 22-year-old athlete that he fed them just outside the podium Committee is aware how much room there is for improvement. Centrowitz made in January moved to Alberto Salazar after he signed a contract with Nike. In recent months he trained mostly still under his old coach because Salazar did not much change in the run up to the Games. But according to Salazar in the coming years we will be hearing a lot from him. He currently trains with Galen Rupp who for twelve years under the care of Salazar trains. He can in that area still much progress. "Galen is a monster," he describes Centrowitz the training regimen of his trainignsgenoot.
